  কাশ্মীর পরম্পরায় মহাত্রিপুরসুন্দরী   ~মূল লেখায়- রোহন  অনুবাদে - অয়ন্তিক বসু   ত্রিপুরসুন্দরী দেবী আদিপরাশক্তি র একটি অতিঅত্যন্ত সুন্দর ও সৌম্য রূপ ‌। তিনি ত্রিক পরম্পরার প্রধান দেবী যাঁকে প্রায়শই শ্রীবিদ্যা নামে অভিহিত করা হয় কারণ এটি তাঁর মূলমন্ত্রের ও নাম। যদিও শ্রীবিদ্যা শব্দটি এই দেবীর প্রাচীন শাস্ত্রগুলিতে খুব বেশি পাওয়া যায় না তবে আজকের যুগে ভারতে প্রচলিত দেবীর পরম্পরা সাধারণতঃ শ্রীবিদ্যা পরম্পরা নামে পরিচিত । তবে এই পরম্পরাকে ত্রৈপুর দর্শন বা ত্রৈপুর পরম্পরা ( Doctrine or Tradition of Tripurā) বলাই বেশি যুক্তিসঙ্গত । আমরা এখানে এই শব্দটিই ব্যবহার করব ।  এই পরম্পরাকে সৌভাগ্য পরম্পরা বা সৌভাগ্যবিদ্যা নামেও অনেকে অভিহিত করেছেন। সৌভাগ্য অর্থে এখানে সুন্দর ভাগ্য, সাফল্য, সৌন্দর্য, আনন্দ, মোক্ষ প্রভৃতি কে বোঝানো হয়েছে এই পরম্পরার সাধনার মাধ্যমে যা সহজেই লাভ করা যায়। এই সমস্ত পদগুলি প্রায়শই ত্রিপুরসুন্দরী নামটিকে বিভিন্ন ত্রিত্বের "মা" হিসাবে দেবীর চরিত্র হিসাবে ব্যাখ্যা করে - এটি আরও স্পষ্ট হয়ে ওঠে যখন পরম্পরার ব্যাখ্যাকারীরা এটিকে কাশ্মীরি শৈব অদ...

  Śaktism and Pañcarātras  ● What are Pañcarātras? ● Are Pañcarātras Vedic ( Vedas Supported) or Non-vedic ( Vedas Rejected) Śāstras ?  ● Are Pañcarātras usable in Śaktism ? ● Why Pañcarātras were created ?  Introduction:-  Now a days, some Vaiṣṇavas are using Pañcarātra texts to insult Śākta or Śaiva deities and their traditions. They want to show Śiva and Śakti to be dominated under lord Viṣṇu . Sometimes, Śākta masked Smārta or hidden Vaiṣṇavas are trying to create propagandas by using the Pañcarātras. Example:- They are trying to proof Mahālakṣmī Caṇdī of Durgā Saptaśatī as Viṣṇupriyā Lakṣmī's form. Here is our answer to them.  Answers:-  ● 1) What are Pañcarātras?  Pañcarātras are Vaiṣṇava Śāstras. Oḍiyāna Mahāpīṭha

Oḍiyāna Mahāpīṭha   4 Ādi Śaktipīṭhas  Introduction:-  According to many Śākta Texts, 4 places are considered to be the origins of Śaktism. They are called as "Caturādiśaktipīṭha" . They are the main scared seats where Kula, Krama and kaula systems, Āgamas were arised. Kubjikāmata Tantra, Jayadratha Yāmala Tantra, Umā Yāmala Tantra, Manthan Bhairava Tantra, Ambāmata Saṃhitā, Āmnāya Mañjarī etc many ancient Śākta Āgamas mentioned and described these Pīṭhas. These seats are also mentioned in the lists of the Pīṭhas of Mahāpurāṇas and Upapurāṇas (Brahmāṇḍa, Brahmavaivarta, Devībhāgavata, Kālikā, Skanda, Padma etc). Some of later worked texts after 12th century such as Pīṭhanirṇaya tantra also quoted these.  The Pīṭhas are :- Oḍiyāna, Kāmarūpa, Jalandhara and Pūrṇagiri.  We shall talk about these Pīṭhas in a few posts.  Oḍiyāna Mahāpīṭha:-  The first Pīṭha is Oḍiyāna. It is also known as Oḍḍiyāna, Oḍḍīśa, Oḍḍiyānaka, Oṃkārapīṭha, Auṇapīṭha, Uḍḍiyāna etc....

  Vipattarini Puja  ( Worship of Goddess Vipattāriṇī)   Introduction:-  ŚRĪŚRĪ VIPATTĀRIṆĪ JAYADURGĀ PŪJĀ   On the day of Āṣāḍha Śukla Navamī, Goddess Jayadurgā or Vipattāriṇī is worshipped. By killing Mahiṣāsuramardinī, Goddess Jayā named Durgā saved Devatās from their Vipadas or troubles. So, she was named as Vipattāriṇī or Vipadanāśinī. Jaganmaṅgala Tantra describes her Pūjā.  Here is the description of her Pūjā below:-  At first, the Ghata should be established by pouring 5 grains, holy Gaṅgā water, akṣata into a Kalaśa and it should be covered by Betel leaf, banana, and red cloth. 13 hibiscuses, 13 kinds of fruits, 13 puris , 13 bilva leaves, scented oil, incense sticks, oil lamp, holy water, clothes for Devī, madhuparka items (milk, curd etc), jewelries for Devī , idol or image of Goddess Vipattāriṇī, Alakta, Yajñopavīta, Sindūra, small mirror, Kājala(lamp ink), betel leaf and necessary flowers, should be gathered near Pūjārī.  Gaṇeśa Pūjā (...

  Rathayātrā of Ādi Parāśakti   The Rathayatra (the festival of the journey by chariot ) of Lord Jagannātha is famous throughout the world. But Śaktism has also their own Rathayātrā.  Śākta Rathotsava is observed on the day of Āṣāḍha Śukla Tṛtīyā.  आषाढशुक्लपक्षीयतृतीयायां रथोत्सवम्। देव्याः प्रियतमं कुर्य्याद्यथावित्तानुसारतः ।।६ ३।। रथं पृथ्वी विजानीयाद्रथाङ्गे चन्द्रभास्करौ। वेदानश्वान्विजानीयात्सारथिं पद्मसम्भवम् ।। ६४।। नानामणिगणाकीर्णं पुष्पमालाविराजितम्। एवं रथं कल्पयित्वा तस्मिन्संस्थापयेच्छिवाम् ।। ६५।।  लोकसंरक्षणार्थाय लोकं द्रष्टुं पराम्बिका। रथमध्ये संस्थितेति भावयेन्मातमान्नरः ।।६६।।  रथे प्रचलिते मन्दं जयशब्दमुदीरयेत् । पाहि देवि जनानस्मान्प्रपन्नान्दीनवत्सले ।। ६७।। ~ Śiva Mahāpurāṇa : Umā Śaṅhitā : 51th Chapter  The Śiva Purāṇa says, On the bright third day of the month of Āṣāḍha, one should celebrate the Rathotsava of Devī Pārvatī . She resides in the Kāmarūpa Śaktipīṭha where Goddess Dākṣāyaṇī's Yonī or female sex organ was fallen - योनिपीठं कामगिरौ कामाख्या तत्र देवता ॥. Kāmarūpa is considered to be one of the four most important Tantric sites associated with Śakti. Instead of knowing a Śaktipīṭha Goddess, She is also referred to be a Mahāvidyā.   💞 UMĀLOKA VARṆANAM💞 Umā Loka means the cosmic and divine abode of Goddess Ādi Parā Śakti Pārvatī or Umā. The person who reaches there, gets Mokṣa.  The glories of Goddess Pārvatī are described in many chapters of the Varāha Mahāpurāṇa.
