🩸The bleeding Goddess🩸

Goddess Kāmākhyā or Kāmeśvarī is a manifestation of Ādi Parā Śakti. She resides in the Kāmarūpa Śaktipīṭha where Goddess Dākṣāyaṇī's Yonī or female sex organ was fallen - योनिपीठं कामगिरौ कामाख्या तत्र देवता ॥. Kāmarūpa is considered to be one of the four most important Tantric sites associated with Śakti. Instead of knowing a Śaktipīṭha Goddess, She is also referred to be a Mahāvidyā.

"....कामाख्या वासली बाला मातङ्गी शैलवासिनी ।

षोडशी भुवनेशानी भैरवी बगलामुखी ॥ ७४-७१॥

धूमावती वेदमाता हरसिद्धा च दक्षिणा ।

एता विद्या महाविद्याः शिवसेवनशोभिताः ॥ " - Rudrayāmala : Uttara Tantra 

But sometimes she is considered to have connections with another Mahāvidyās too . 

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Dākṣāyaṇī :- 

सा योनिः पतिता यत्र तत्र साक्षात्स्वयं सती। तेन नास्ति समं स्थानं पुण्यदं धरणीतले ॥ २०

~ Mahābhāgavata Purāṇa : 76th Chapter 

Goddess Dākṣāyaṇī Satī herself is established where her Yonī Pīṭha is situated. No other place is as holy as it. It proofed that there is no difference between them. 

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Kālī :- 

कामाख्या कालिका देवी स्वयमाद्या सनातनी। तस्याः पार्श्वे स्थिताश्चान्या नव विद्या महामते ॥ ३ ॥ सर्वविद्यात्मिका काली कामाख्यारूपिणी यतः । ततस्तां तत्र सम्पूज्य पूजयित्वेष्टदेवताम् । इष्टमन्त्रं जपेद्भक्त्या सिद्धमन्त्रो भवेत्तदा ॥ ४ ॥ ध्यायतां परमेशानीं कामाख्यां कालिकां पराम्।

~ Same chapter of Mahābhāgavata purāṇa.

Goddess Kāmākhyā is the origin of the universe, she is the eternal goddess Kālikā herself. The other nine Mahāvidyās are situated around her. Kālī is the embodiment of Kāmākhya. One who worships Goddess Kāmākhyā or his desired deity in that Śaktipīṭha, and chants the mantra with devotion, he/she gets successful. We should meditate upon Goddess Kālikā or Kāmākhya. Kālī Sahasranāma of Kālīkula Sarvasva also quotes, कान्ता कामस्वरूपा च कामाख्या कुलपालिनी ।

कुलीना कुलवत्यम्बा दुर्गा दुर्गार्तिनाशिनी ॥ २२॥

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Pārvatī:- 

अपरा पार्वती भूत्वा पत्नीभावेन शंकर। स्थास्यामि तव गेहेऽहं पूर्णैव हि महामते ॥

Mahābhāgavata Purāṇa : ch 12 

Here Goddess Kāmākhyā promises Lord Śiva to be born as goddess Pārvatī and she will marry him . 

Not only that, many texts also referred her as Pārvatī. The praṇāma mantra of lord Kāmeśvara (husband of Kāmākhya) states that Kāmeśvarī is Umā. ईश्वरस्त्वां नमऽस्तेस्तु पार्वतीप्रीतिवर्धन। कामेश्वर नमऽस्तेस्तु कामनाशेषदायक।। Kāmākhya's own mantra says, 'प्रपद्ये शरणं देवीं श्रीकामाख्यां सुरेश्वरीम्। शिवस्य दयितां शुद्धां कामाख्यां कामरूपिणीम्।। She is the wife of Kailāśapati Parma Śiva.

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Tripurasundarī :- 

Kāmākhya is also known as Kāmeśvarī. Kāmeśvarī is another name for goddess Tripurā. Not only that, the temples of other 9 Mahāvidyās are surrounded near Kāmākhya temple. Kāmākhya Tantra says, 'योनिमात्रशरीरा या कुञ्जवासिनी कामदा । रजस्वला महातेजा कामाक्षी ध्यायतां सदा ॥' There is no difference between Kāmākṣī and Kāmākhya.

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Kubjikā:- 

Even Goddess Kāmākhyā is also associated with Goddess Kubjikā. 

तस्मिस्तु कुब्जिकापीठे सत्यास्तद्योनिमण्डलम् । पतितं तत्र सा देवी महामाया व्यलीयत ।। ५६ ।। ~ Kālikāpurāṇa: 62 Chapter.

The Yonī Pīṭha is addressed as Kubjikā Pīṭha here. That's why her Sparśan mantra quotes, 'मध्ये च कुब्जिकादेवी प्रान्ते प्रान्ते च भैरवी । एकैकस्पर्शनात् देव्या कोटिजन्मघनाशकम् ।।' 

Goddess Kubjikā lives in the centre of the Yonī and many Bhairavīs are at the corners . Touching that Yonī Pīṭha, Sādhaka's all sins of crores of birth are burnt . 

🩸 Goddess Kāmākhyā as Bhairavī:- 

श्रीमत्त्रिपुरभैरव्याः कामाख्यायोनिमण्डलम् ।

भूमण्डले क्षेत्ररत्नं महामायाधिवासितम् ॥ १५॥

~ Devī Gītā of Devī Bhāgavata Mahā Purāṇa 

Goddess Bhuvaneśvarī says that she lives in Kāmarūpa as Tripurabhairavī . That is the greatest place in the world.

🔴 Ambuvachi (Ambuvācī) : The festival of Menstruation 🔴

Devī Gītā says Goddess menstruates on every month in Kāmarūpa. प्रतिमासं भवेद्देवी यत्र साक्षाद्रजस्वला ॥ 

But Ambuvachi (Ambuvācī) helds for one time in the year . When Lord Sūrya goes through Mithuna Rāśi on Āṣāḍa Month, Ambuvācī helds for 4 days.

आषाढ़े प्रथमे देवी अम्बुवाची दिनत्रयम्।संगोपन गृहे देवी स्थापयेद्वस्त्रवेष्टने ।।

रात्रौ महानिशायोगे पञ्चाचारेण देशिकः। पूजयित्वा बलिं दत्वा होमयित्वा विहारयेत्।।

~ वामकेश्वर तन्त्र

Sādhaka should cover Devī's idol with clothes and keep her in secret place ( Don't cover her face )

, it makes same as like human's suffocation and it is an insult of Devī, It is totally non Śāstrīya)  . He should keep worshiping her. After the ending of Ambuvācī, Sādhaka should worship her with Pañcopācāras and sacrifice.
